Paul Wolverton, who is an international award winning wedding photojournalist, stars in Retribution of the Wolf as gunslinger, Lloyd Wolf.  This is Wolverton's fourth role in an independent feature length movie.



Paul, a former English teacher, wrote the screenplay for ROTW and is producing and co-directing the film.  He's also in charge of the killer stunt work.  His background includes Judo (and is a judo instructor), football (1982 Cal Bowl winning team, Fresno State) and coaching, skateboarding, and snowboarding.

​For the post-apocalyptic Zombie film, Phase Two, Paul coordinated a scene where he annihilated eight "zombies" with eight different judo techniques.  The group of black-belts that came together to help accomplish this became known as "Team Judo Zombie". Most of this team will also be in ROTW, delivering great stunt work.

Paul, also a musician, will be providing original music for the film. He is in "Married with Volume" with his wife of 26 yrs., Kristi, also an award winning photographer.  They have lived and run their business, Images by Kristi & Paul Wolverton in Bakersfield, California since 1988.

Wolverton is excited about this project and greatly appreciates everyone who is contributing and helping him realize his dream.
